How quickly do you reply?
I reply within 24 hours - much faster on WhatsApp. Weekends are slower unless something is actually down, in which case message me and it gets handled.
Does the first call cost anything?
No. Twenty minutes, free, no obligation. If what you need is not something I do, I will tell you that on the call and point you somewhere better.
What do you need to know before we talk?
Your website address if you have one, what is not working, and roughly when you need it live. Nothing to prepare, no documents.
Do you have an office I can visit?
No public office. Every project runs remotely, including clients I have had for over ten years.
Do you work with businesses outside London?
Most of my clients are nowhere near it. Remote is how this has worked since 2009, and it means you get the same person whether you are in Kent or Cumbria.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. Six countries so far. Prices are in pounds and the working day is UK time either way.
