The server delivers the page and keeps a short security record.

Legal reason: The action you requested. The destination provider applies its own privacy terms after the link opens.
Retention: This website does not control how long the destination provider keeps information.
Where a form submission goes
An enquiry or booking is stored as a private WordPress record on the website server. Email messages are also sent through the configured Hostinger service so Ernest can answer and, for bookings, you can receive confirmation.
There is no automatic CRM export, newsletter subscription, advertising audience, sale of your information or automated decision. Local backup rotation may temporarily preserve the same record after it leaves the working database.
Required fields are marked and the form cannot be sent without them. Optional details can be left blank. Do not include passwords or sensitive information in an initial message.
Not public, searchable or exposed through the WordPress API.
Delivered through Hostinger and answered by Ernest. The website’s optional SMTP log is switched off.

Different records have different jobs. They do not all need to remain for the same length of time.
Working email copies are reviewed against whether the enquiry is active, became a project or is relevant to a legal record. Project, contractual and accounting records may be retained for longer where the contract, tax rules or a legal claim require it. Information may also remain briefly in a rotating backup until that backup is overwritten.
Who may handle information
Access is limited to Ernest and providers needed to run the website and deliver its email. Information can also be disclosed where law requires it or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
Stores the private site database, local backups and short access logs.
Carries form notifications and replies through the configured business mailbox.
Their own terms apply after you open their service or agree to use it. No third-party widget is embedded on this page.
Your information, your rights
The right that applies can depend on why the information is used. You will not be charged for an ordinary request, although identity may need to be checked before personal information is released or changed.
Ask what personal information is held and receive a copy.
Ask for inaccurate or incomplete information to be corrected.
Ask for deletion where there is no overriding reason to keep it.
Ask for use to be paused while accuracy or grounds are considered.
Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
