Choose a synthetic job state. The system decides whether to send, pause, stop or exclude from documented operational facts, never a predicted star rating.
Genuine completed customer, valid contact route, no previous request
Send one neutral request after the agreed delay
Consistency without review gating
Manual review requests are easy to forget, but careless automation creates a worse problem: selective requests, repeated reminders, incentives, unresolved complaints and records that cannot prove a genuine customer experience.

The setup never rewards a review or rating.
The customer supplies every rating and word.
Platform attribution and UK publishing duties remain visible.
One completed job to one bounded request
A completed booking, order or job enters one documented eligibility rule. The system waits for the agreed moment, checks exclusions and previous requests, sends a neutral message with the real review link, then stops on review, feedback, opt-out, bounce or the reminder limit.
Completed event from booking, order, CRM or owner
Agreed delay without an open operational issue
Eligibility, duplicate, opt-out and prior-review checks
Neutral request with the real platform link
Stop event, short reminder cap and useful record
Current platform and UK boundaries
Google allows a direct review link but prohibits incentives and selective positive solicitation. UK consumer law bans fake-review practices; publishing reviews on your own site adds proportionate prevention and removal duties.

Provisional review automation price
Useful for a trade, restaurant, salon, clinic, shop or service business with a reliable completed-work signal and a real review profile. It improves consistency, not star ratings, and does not replace service recovery or thoughtful human replies.

No fixed standalone monthly figure is claimed. Ongoing monitoring or response work can be quoted separately.
Before asking for reviews
No. That would be review gating. One documented eligibility rule applies without a predicted sentiment or private satisfaction score deciding who receives the public review option. An unresolved operational issue can pause timing, but once resolved the ordinary rule still applies.
Not through this setup. Google prohibits incentives in exchange for reviews, including discounts, free goods or other benefits. The request asks for an honest experience and does not reward a positive, negative or any review.
No. The message can make the real review link easy to reach, but the customer supplies their own rating and words. The automation does not generate review text, pre-fill praise or ask staff and suppliers to pose as customers.
A private contact or feedback route can sit beside the public review link, but it cannot replace, delay or hide that link based on sentiment. The customer remains free to use either route. Private feedback is for service improvement, not filtering public criticism.
The default proposal keeps the sequence deliberately short, often one request and at most one agreed reminder. A review, reply, feedback event, opt-out, bounce or open issue stops it. The exact channel, delay and reminder cap are approved before launch.
Genuine reviews can be linked or displayed only where the original platform terms, attribution and permissions allow it. If the website publishes its own consumer reviews or rating summaries, UK fake-review guidance adds proportionate prevention, investigation, removal and policy duties that must be scoped separately.
