What the work changed
I worked on both the earlier website and a complete rebuild of the current one. I designed and built the site and connected room bookings, restaurant bookings, weddings and events enquiries, vouchers, newsletter and payments. Room and restaurant reservations currently complete through external services; a direct internal booking system is planned.
The website was completely rebuilt, improving its design, booking and enquiry journeys, administration, reliability and search visibility.
